Enjoy our har-tru clay tennis court, bocce & horseshoe courts, and boathouse deck for picnics. Explore the Oyster Pond River and Stage Harbor on dog-friendly shore walks. Or bring or rent kayaks/SUPs, or dock your boat (up to 20ft), to explore Chatham by water. Please see house rules for more information. Each home boasts a spacious kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining for 10, grills, multiple gathering areas, and 3 full bathrooms (six total). The first home, with original 1600s details, offers 3 bedrooms and a convertible office. The second home features 5 bedrooms, including a king suite. Commercially laundered bedding and towels included. House 1- Bedroom 1: king, ensuite Bedroom 2: king +twin, ensuite Bedroom 3: queen +twin Office: queen sofabed Partitioned bunk area +twin. Pets are subject to approval by host, please confirm number and breed/size before booking. There is no additional upfront fee for pets, but additional cleaning charges may be applied for excessive pet hair and messes and reimbursement required for pet related (or really any) damages. Max guests staying on property is 18. Guests may not access dock area beyond gate without permission of owner. - No parties or gatherings of more than 18 people without owner consent. -Pets considered, but must be pre-approved by owner before booking. -For planning purposes, please note number of adults and children in reservation requests/bookings -No moving of large furniture (dining tables, beds, couches) -commercial filming considered but must be approved by owner in advance -guests may not access the dock area beyond the gate without permission -use of dock requires supplemental fee and preapproval PLEASE NOTE FOR 2025: check in time will be 4pm, check out time 11am

Homes are part of a 3-house estate. Owner occupies one home. You will have complete use of two adjacent homes during your stay. All guests have: -use of a tennis court shared with owner (court times are reserved on calendly). Tennis court is seasonal, opens in mid-May and closes in mid-October -use of bocce and horseshoe courts -water access with SUP/kayak storage steps from the shore, note owner does not provide watercraft -access to the boathouse area for casual visits -Boathouse gatherings such as picnics, sunset cocktails by arrangement w/owner Restrictions: Owner permission required for: -Access to dock areas beyond the gate. -Dock slip for a boat up to 20' by special arrangement & supplemental fee. Please note the waterfront by the property is along Oyster Pond River, a tidal saltwater body near Stage Harbor. At low tide it's possible to hang out on the shore- it's great for playing in the sand and wildlife watching and is one of the few places in Chatham where you can take dogs for long beach walks all year round. It's also possible to walk to Stage Harbor. At high tide you might not find a lot of room to hang out, and might not get too far on a walk. Happy to help with questions about tides. Note it is a swimmable area, pleasant for many shore based activities, but it is not an ocean beach.

We rented both homes on the property for our large family vacation and everything went great. The location is fantastic and super close to Main Street in Chatham. Sara was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Sara’s place!

My many cousins and I enjoyed our family reunion at the two houses. We found both places to be perfect for spending time as one large group, as well as in small groups and everyone felt they had enough privacy in their bedrooms and shared bathrooms. The kitchens were extremely well equipped, which made cooking large meals a pleasure. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed being outdoors and having a place for the three dogs with us to run around. We would definitely book again for our next reunion! Sara was also always attentive to our queries and reached out to check in each day. I highly recommend this property!
