Home is part of a 3 home, 6 acre waterfront estate where guests can: -enjoy use of an on-site clay har-tru tennis court, bocce & horseshoe courts; -play provided lawn games -take beach walks (with their dogs!) along the shores of Oyster River and Stage Harbor (one of the few places allowing dogs all year round); -build sandcastles, catch crabs for fun or even clams and oysters for dinner; -or head to the boathouse deck for picnics or cocktails overlooking Nantucket Sound and Stage Harbor lighthouse. Additionally, you can explore Chatham by water by bringing your own kayaks or SUPs with storage just steps from the shore. There is also a dock slip for boats up to 20ft long available by special arrangement. Rentals include bedding and towels for all guests. All blankets/comforters, sheets, and towels are laundered by Chatham Laundromat's commercial division and the home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Beds are made up for guests by the cleaning team before each stay. Home is registered with the Town of Chatham Board of Health and Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
