Other Details to Note

Pets considered but may require additional security deposit and/or cleaning fee, please preapprove pets prior to booking. House has sleeping options for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably in 7 beds and one futon. Per Chatham board of health regulations, 10 is the maximum number of guests. Many families with children of all ages have stayed here, and we do provide a pack-and-play and convertible high chair on request (must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability). However, please note that the home is not baby/child-proofed. If you have any questions or concerns please ask any questions before booking. Fireplaces are non-working. High heel shoes should not be worn in the house to preserve the 300+ year old floors.

Sara’s place was a treat! Ideal location and big house. The photos don’t do it justice. Great place for a family or friend get-together. We loved the huge open kitchen and the grounds for our family dog and 18 month old baby to explore. The hill down to the water is a bit steep for older folks - but still incredible. Basically a 5 to 10 minute drive to town and local beaches. Highly recommend!
