This is an incredible place to stay. The mix of history and modern amenities is great. The water views from the location are great, it’s peaceful and quiet yet very close to town and all the cape has to offer. Host Sara is incredibly responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend. Hope to be back again.

Sara’s house was perfect for me and my family- summer fun where we could all spend time together. The house was exactly as described, so clean, and in a beautiful area of Chatham. You have plenty of privacy at the location, and it’s only a short drive or easy bike ride into the center of town. Sara was a great host with clear instructions and was very responsive. We would love to come back in the future!

Charming home, great location. Quiet, peaceful rental that remains close to all that Chatham has to offer. Water access just steps off the backyard for paddle boarding/kayaking and Sara offers storage for such near her dock. Place was very clean, kitchen was huge. Enough beds to sleep at least 8. All the linens/towels, beach chairs are provided. Everything works great in the house and most important, Sara, the host, is very responsive and hospitable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

We rented both homes on the property for our large family vacation and everything went great. The location is fantastic and super close to Main Street in Chatham. Sara was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Sara’s place!

We enjoyed the spacious, clean home. We had everything we needed for our generational trip. We played tennis everyday, enjoyed the view over the water and the walk in town. Perfect for our family trip. Thank you Sara

What a wonderful property! We spent 4 wonderful days exploring The Cape with our daughter and her family. The location is perfect and private at the same time. Our grandson loved the toys in the house and the sand toys at the boat house.
I can’t begin to recommend this property enough! Sara was a great host and responded (I felt) within minutes whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

This is an amazing choice for a group trip! It’s about a 10 minute drive from downtown but it was easy to get Ubers/Lyfts and the property it’s on is stunning. Highly recommend!

This is a 3 house private compound with a tennis court and jetty, as accurately advertised. We stayed in the center house at 79 Moonbeam, and it was a heritage house with extensive renovations. It was clean, well kept and had all the modern amenities like kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, heating/AC, and new bathrooms. House can comfortably host 8 persons, or perhaps even more, because of the number of beds and layout. Owner was highly responsive and well organized. Appreciated the grounds keeper and the well maintained lawn and open areas.

We had four couples for our annual long weekend fall cape trip and Sara's places was perfect. Sara was an excellent host with great recommendations, and very communicative. The grounds of the properties are beautiful and meticulously manicured. We did not utilize the tennis or the Solo Stove available but having the option to do so is great. We walked the beach once during mid-tide and it was a great walk around a beautiful sunset. The house was spotless and suited every need for the eight of us. The kitchen is well equipped for a full service meal and there is plenty of space for larger groups. We highly recommend Sara's place!!
